Simplified Call Interruption Interface
This interface redesigns how incoming calls are handled when you're already on a call. The current iOS solution can be confusing and error-prone, especially during the stress of managing multiple calls. This simplified approach prioritizes clarity and ease of use.
Key Features:
- Clear Primary Actions: Three main buttons (Decline, Voicemail, Accept) for the most common responses.
- More Options Menu: Additional actions like adding to the current call or sending quick messages are tucked away in a "More" menu to reduce cognitive load.
- Visual Hierarchy: Color-coding and positioning help users quickly identify and select their intended action.
How It Works:
- Decline (Red): Immediately ends the incoming call
- Voicemail (Gray): Sends the caller directly to voicemail without disrupting your current call
- Accept (Green): Puts your current call on hold and answers the new call
- More (Menu): Opens additional options like merging calls or sending quick response messages
